Description: SFU’s Engineering Physics option introduces students to a unique blend of science, mathematics, engineering design and practice as well as computer skills – all combined with a strong focus on theoretical and applied physics. A challenging program, it was designed to build on the strengths of the School of Engineering Science and the Physics Department and it focuses on optics, opto-electronics, advanced semiconductor devices and microelectronics.

ENG 4U, MHF 4U or MCV 4U, SCH 4U, SPH 4U, and two other courses coded 4U/4M or DU/DM (acceptable International, Classical and Native Language courses must be completed at the Grade 12 (DU/DM) level).
