|Description:||The Nunavut Teacher Education Program (NTEP), in partnership with the University of Regina, offers a campus and community based program prepares Nunavummiut to become classroom teachers in Nunavut schools. The emphasis is on training primary and elementary teachers, but students may choose to practice at the Junior High and High School levels. The program has a strong focus on practice and the theory learned in courses is applied in classroom situations through observation and teaching.
NTEP/Regina offers two programs: a four-year Bachelor of Education program and a two-year post degree B.Ed program.
