As a Medical Sciences student, you also have the option to do Dalhousie’s Integrated Science program during your first year, which gives you a foundation in not only core science courses such as Biology, Chemistry, Math, Physics, Psychology and Statistics, but also the ability to participate in research your first year.

The Bachelor of Science (Medical Sciences) degree is a 120 credit hour program, typically completed in 4 years. It will provide an educational experience that offers a broad, interdisciplinary background in all relevant subjects in biomedical sciences. The degree also meets the general degree requirements for the Faculty of Science.
