|Description:||With all four years of classes held at Selkirk College, you’ll get to study in one of BC’s most beautiful regions and graduate with a University of Victoria Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Our location supports you to live in a community where the cost of living is lower than most urban centres. Applicants are required to have graduated from BC Secondary school or equivalent with the following courses and minimum grade of: B in English 12, B in Biology 12, C+ in Chemistry 11, and C+ in Math: Foundations 12 or Pre-Calculus 11.
If your first language is not English, you must meet the following English Language Proficiency requirements for entry in to Selkirk College University Transfer, Diploma or Degree programs: completion of BC English 12, or equivalent; or completion, with a grade of “C+” or better, advanced core courses in the Selkirk College English Language Program and Provincial Level English 51; or submission of a TOEFL score of 213 (computer) or ibt 79-80 or better; or submission of an IELTS score of 6.0 or better; or submission of an EIKEN Grade Pre -1; or submission of an acceptable score on the Language Proficiency Index score of 4 or better. For Indian students coming through the SPP program, the IELTS requirement for diploma programs is 6.0 with no band less than 5.5.
