Description: The Bachelor of Theology and Ministry programs prepare you for ministry in an ever-changing culture and to serve as a committed, competent ministry professional. We concentrate on: Biblical Literacy; Theological Reflection; Personal, Spiritual and Professional formation. This is a 4-year program followed by an internship.

Discover and appreciate societal trends that influence church ministry; learn to lead congregations through creative, biblically-informed transformations. Be equipped with the knowledge and competencies essential for effective leadership and ministry in a variety of pastoral positions. New to each of our Faculty of Theology programs is our emphasis on community through our one year cohort programming.

Admission Requirements

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.

  •  Grade12 English 

Applicants must have five grade 12 level courses including English, with a minimum average of 60% on the five courses.

Test Scores:

  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) [min. 560] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 7.0] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 83]

All students whose primary language is not English must demonstrate their English proficiency through one of the following: – TOEFL – 560 on paper based version; 83 on internet based – IELTS – Minimum score of 7.0

Additional Admission Requirements:

  • Statement of Research Interests

In addition to the above academic qualifications, students must submit two references and a personal testimony.
