Description: This program is designed to prepare students for their specific ministry interest and gifts. Expanding on the IMM two year program, this program provides a well-rounded preparation, giving you the knowledge, guidance, spiritual grounding, and ‘hands-on’ experience to grow your capacity to create music with passion, skill and integrity. The community focus will give you a Biblical foundation, the fundamentals of theory, performance, songwriting, and studio skills from experienced instructors who are also using these skills every day in their own work. We will stress the importance of surrounding yourself with a community of believers to support you in prayer, encouragement and accountability and to work with you to help you influence our world in large and small ways – to be an expression of God’s heart to the world around you.

    A successful applicant to PLBC must be a born-again Christian, give evidence of a consistent Christian life, and be actively involved in a local church fellowship for at least the full year preceding application.
