|Description:||This Bachelor of Arts degree is offered uniquely through the Professional Adult Career Education (PACE) program and is designed to equip learners 25 years old and over with the biblical foundation and leadership skills/resources to live a missional life. The program seeks to prepare people for professional leadership opportunities in the church or community and to prepare students for the possibility of advanced studies.
Adults completing the PACE Program in Leadership and Ministry will: Be able to articulate their goals and mission for life derived from an explored faith in God and demonstrate the skills to accomplish these; express a Christian worldview; integrate biblical, theological and historical truths into their practice of leadership; apply the character, values and compassion necessary for Christian leadership to varied situations; and practice missional living in all of life, including a practicum in one specific area.

Applicants must submit: a completed application form along with a $50 non-refundable application fee. An official copy of: high school transcripts and, if applicable, transcripts from each college or university previously attended. A written personal statement, a clear photo of yourself, two references, a signed copy of the Statement of Faith and the Community Life Covenant and a completed Housing Form for Regular Program students.
