Description: NIC and UNBC are offering science majors a direct path for completing a four-year bachelor degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, chemistry, environmental science, mathematics or physics. Study at an NIC campus for one or two years, taking approved courses for credit toward your degree at UNBC. Whether you transfer at the end of Year 1 or the end of Year 2 is up to you. Either way, you’ll enjoy a seamless transition into your UNBC program. No need to re-apply, order transcripts or make additional requests.

After completing Year 3 of your science program, you will be eligible to apply for the Northern Medical Program, which trains healthcare professionals to meet the needs of under-served rural communities. Or, you may compete for a seat in UNBC’s competitive Health Sciences programs once you arrive. The choice is yours.
