|Description:||Biochemistry explores the chemistry of living organisms and the molecular basis for change occurring in living cells, providing the basis for practical advances in areas as diverse as medicine, agriculture, veterinary medicine, and forensics.
The Biochemistry Specialization program is a structured program, but it allows for some flexibility with course selection. You can access unique opportunities like our research abroad course and our Certificate in Biomedical Research to further develop your research skills and gain experience that will take your education in new directions.

Applicants must have: one of the following courses: Anglais EAE4U, English EAL4U, English ENG4U, or Studies in Literature ETS4U; one of the following subjects: Fine Arts, Humanities, Languages other than English, or Math/Sciences; one of the following courses: Advanced Functions MHF4U; and two of the following courses: Physics SPH4U, Computer Studies ICS4U, Calculus and Vectors MCV4U, Chemistry SCH4U, or Biology SBI4U.
