The Specialization will give students training in both the practical and theoretical aspects of a diversity of medically-related topics. A distinctive feature of the Specialization is the opportunity for an internship with a collaborating agency or individual sponsor in a Health Science setting.|

The Specialization is open to students in the single- or joint-major Honours programs in Biology or in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology who have earned a minimum of 13.5 university credits.
