|Description:||Chemistry touches every aspect of our lives. The study of the complex molecular world, a world that exists at the submicroscopic level, is a discipline of enormous scope. Chemical research has produced innovations in agriculture, industry, health care and consumer goods. Today, chemistry is concerned with developing processes and products that will be the least harmful to the environment.
If you choose to study Chemistry at Laurier, you will have the opportunity to work with professors who are both devoted to teaching and active in research. The broad chemical principles learned are the basis of many of today’s unique products, providing a foundation for a variety of career options.

Applicants are required to have an admission range of mid 70s, Advanced Functions and English each at 60%, Chemistry at 70%, and Calculus and Vectors at 60%. All prerequisite courses are calculated in admission average.
