Description: Communication Studies examines the forms and practices of communication through six areas of emphasis: media and communication history, media and cultural theory, visual communication, global communication, cultural and creative industries, and digital media studies.

You’ll use a variety of approaches to analyze communication in its social, economic, political and cultural contexts. You’ll gain a critical perspective and a broad knowledge of communication and media, enabling you to become a reflective, engaged citizen in our contemporary world.
