|Field of Study:||Geography
|Description:||Our four-year Geography program focuses on physical, human, and human-environmental geography and geomatics. Due to the University’s location, students have the opportunity to study in a region with a rich diversity of peoples and natural environments, and students can explore these options through field courses and the Co-operative Education program. Students will learn about Indigenous approaches to geographical issues, and will be able to interact with local businesses, including the Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre, Community Geomatics Centre, and NORDIK Institute. Our graduates have been hired with the Ministry of Natural Resources, FedNor, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, and the Ministry of Development and Mining|
