|Description:||The Department of Mathematics along with the Department of Economics (Faculty of Arts) offer a joint Honours program for students wishing in depth study in Mathematics and Economics.
Mathematics is the study of quantity, structure, space, and change. Mathematicians seek out patterns and formulate new conjectures which provide the language, reasoning, and analytic tools that many other disciplines use to investigate their areas.
