You’ll study governments and other political units, social justice, human rights, gender equality, conflict and security, international development, environmental sustainability, and more.

Successful Honours students are self-starters, who are able to work independently, think critically, and have the drive and determination to complete a major piece of research and writing in a tight time frame. Most Honours students are considering further studies beyond their undergraduate degree.

Students entering directly from high school are required to have completed five academic Grade 12 subjects, including English, with an average grade of 70% and no grade below 60%.
