|Description:||This program improves your Spanish skills and takes you on an adventure exploring the cultures of the Spanish-speaking world. You’ll take a wide range of courses, including film, music, pop culture, and gender studies. All regions of Latin America and Spain are included, as well as perspectives of hispanics abroad.

This program does not allow admission directly from high school. Preprofessional Study Time: 1 year. Minimum of 24 units of transferable course weight required. Consult the U of A Calendar for fields of study and appropriate first-year course selection. For consideration, you need a minimum Admission Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 with an average of 3.3 or better in your Honors subject courses; Competitive AGPA varies by field of study from 3.0-3.3.
