  •  Grade12 English (ENG4U) 

Applicants from Ontario are required to have successfully completed Grade 12 U English, and five additional Grade 12 U or M level courses. To view admission requirements for other applicant types, please visit www.redeemer.ca/admissions/process-requirements.

Test Scores:

  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) [min. 600] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 70] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 7.0]

Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate proficiency in English through one of the following: TOEFL test score of 600, IELTS test score of 7.0, or CAEL test score of 70. Students who have studied for the last three years in a school where English is the primary spoken/written language may be exempt from language requirements.

Additional Admission Requirements:

    Prior to course registration, all prospective majors and minors (new students and transfers) are required to complete an audition which will assess preparation for music study in performance, theory, aural skills and piano. Please visit the website for more information.
